Implantação da tecnologia de Seldinger modificada para cateterismo percutâneo em recém-nascidos criticamente enfermos

RESUMO Objetivo: Descrever a implantação da Tecnologia de Seldinger Modificada para cateterismo percutâneo em recém-nascidos criticamente enfermos. Método: Estudo quase-experimental do tipo antes e depois, realizado com enfermeiros neonatologistas Unidade Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Resultados: Sete participaram pesquisa. Avaliou-se pré-inserção, inserção manutenção cateter por meio técnica convencional modificada. A confiabilidade foi satisfatória no pré-teste, 5,40 (Md= 6,00), pós-teste, 5,94 7,00), perfeita nos itens sobre dispositivo. Houve baixa assertividade indicação, procedimento microintrodução via ultrassom, reposicionamento membro desinfecção das conexões/conectores. Conclusão: Apesar Técnica ampliar algumas etapas execução o método tradicional percutâneo, os obtiveram maior após capacitação teórico-prática. tecnologia implantada encontra-se processo implementação serviço saúde.
